We are looking for a: Finance Manager from one of our clients. Desired profile: Higher education in finance, accounting or management control. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a Swiss SME. Experience as Finance Manager or CFO is a plus. Excellent command of Excel, ERP (Odoo or equivalent) and knowledge of US GAAP standards appreciated. French: fluent / English: fluent. Ability to combine vision, rigor, and leadership to influence and collaborate with all teams. Analytical orientation and able to translate numbers into actionable insights. As a pillar of the Finance function, you will engage both strategically and operationally to structure and secure financial processes, produce monthly reporting, and ensure US GAAP reporting to the parent company, support the CEO and teams in decision-making, and you will be responsible for scaling up the Finance function, with strong autonomy and a key role in the company's growth. Main responsibilities: Produce and analyze financial reports, cash flow statements, and management dashboards. Manage forecasts and variance analysis. Supervise accounting and ensure reliable closures. Monitor R&D projects funded by Switzerland and the EU. Implement internal controls suited to a Swiss SME and prepare for audits.
