Finance & Accounting ManagerVadec SA is a private company of public interest responsible for waste management in the Jura Arc. Active in all stages of waste management, the company positions itself as a major center of expertise in this field. To strengthen its Finance and Accounting Department, Vadec SA is looking for a FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER.Missions:- Supervise and manage the accounting, as well as the company's payment processes.- Prepare and analyze interim and annual closings.- Manage budgeting and financial reporting.- Produce financial statements and support the company's consolidated closing.- Prepare, accompany, and follow up on the annual audit in collaboration with external auditors.- Ensure cash flow monitoring and prepare financial analyses.- Provide an analytical view of costs to the various departments and services.- Support the accounting team, maintenance, and operations during financial management processes, critical periods, or technical shutdowns.- Contribute to the development and optimization of tools and processes.Profile:- Higher education degree in finance and accounting (Federal Diploma, Bachelor HES, or equivalent).- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.- Confirmed knowledge of accounting standards.- Mastery of IT tools, in particular accounting software (ideally ERP, ProConcept) and office tools.- Autonomy and ability to develop/improve processes and tools.- Results-oriented with an analytical mind and the ability to work in a team.We offer you:- A key role in a sector at the heart of future challenges related to proper resource management and energy production.- An environment fostering autonomy within a stable framework.- An enriching activity in a medium-sized company.- A dynamic work environment and working conditions governed by a collective labor agreement (CCT).Work locations: La Chaux-de-Fonds and Colombier (NE).Start date: To be agreed upon.If you are passionate about industrial energy solutions and believe you match the profile sought, we invite you to submit your complete application file. jid18c2e93aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
