With your experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy-duty machinery, you bring recognized expertise that enables you to process requests effectively and contribute actively to ongoing service and field expertise. Analyze and prioritize requests thanks to your proven diagnostic ability. Manage interventions autonomously. Ensure thorough and professional follow-up after each intervention. Provide relevant technical advice based on your field experience. Enrich the database with new filter references and collaborate closely with the teams to efficiently resolve incidents.Quality & Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues and propose concrete solutions. Actively contribute to the evolution of products and processes. Contribution & Development: Participate in cross-functional projects and the development of the department. Improve technical support materials (guides, FAQs). Develop your skills through internal training.Your profile: CFC in mechanics (construction machinery, agricultural machinery, heavy-duty) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in a demanding technical environment. Solid knowledge of general mechanics, fluid mechanics, and confirmed technical and customer support experience. Comfortable with tools and measuring instruments. Analytical mindset, sense of priorities, and ability to solve complex problems. Autonomous, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
