For one of our clients located in Lausanne, we are looking for a Case Manager M/F available shortly to join a dynamic team in the field of follow-up and liability insurance. Responsibilities:- Welcome and manage requests- Ensure phone availability and handle emails, analyzing requests and directing them to the appropriate contacts.- Guarantee a quality reception service and specialized transport.- Coordinate transport for individuals with reduced mobility.- Establish coverage guarantees and follow up on medical expenses - individual.- Receive and verify care invoices.- Forward documents to health insurance funds and ensure the follow-up of billing, identify any inconsistencies, and take necessary actions.- Record payments in internal tools, manage reminders, and follow up on unpaid invoices.- Perform data entry and follow up on third-party payments.- Handle routine cases independently while reporting exceptional cases according to procedures.- Depending on the service's needs, additional tasks related to social insurance or management may be assigned.Profile:- CFC of commercial employee or equivalent- Proven experience in social insurance, with very good knowledge of the management of medical invoices, billing, and related third-party payment processes.- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.- A methodical, autonomous person, capable of managing priorities with rigor and analytical skills.If you believe you fit this position, we invite you to send us your complete application (CV, work certificates, diplomas).
