We are looking for an honest and technically skilled employee (m/f) to strengthen our customer service team, for immediate start or by agreement.

• Ensure troubleshooting and maintenance of extractor hoods directly at our customers’ premises
• Carry out interventions independently, respecting the company’s quality standards
• Explain the devices to users
• Work region: French-speaking Switzerland

• Completed training as an assembly electrician, electrical installer, electronics technician, automation technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a field service technician; experience in household appliances or ventilation is an advantage
• Manual skills and technical aptitude
• Holder of the OIBT authorisation art. 15 or willing to undertake the necessary training to obtain it
• Fluent in French with good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an advantage
• Comfortable with Windows and Office applications, affinity with IT is an advantage
• Team spirit
• Enjoys customer contact and advising
• Willing to undertake continuous training
• Category B driving licence
