To continue the development of our after-sales service, we are looking for, for Switzerland, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland and at our headquarters in Chailly-Montreux, a:EXTERNAL KITCHEN TECHNICIAN AT 100%Your challengesYou will be in charge of carrying out commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance interventions on our professional kitchens for our clients. In this context, your missions will be as follows:- Ensure the operations of commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our professional kitchens to the full satisfaction of the client.- Participate in the installation of appliances and the assembly/installation of furniture.- Explain the appliances, as well as the detergent products to the clients.- Perform tasks related to interventions (intervention reports, identification of part references, delivery note).- Follow your files from the first intervention to their closure.- Manage the stock of spare parts present in the van.- Ensure on-call service (occasional work in the evenings, weekends, and public holidays).Your profile- CFC in electricity, refrigeration technician, or other equivalent training.- Mastery of French.
