Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage new and strategic customers 
- Provide active customer support and sell laboratory solutions 
- Schedule customer meetings, prepare quotes, and maintain customer information in the CRM system 
- Advise customers on services to ensure long-term business relationships 
Your Profile
- Completed technical training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a laboratory-related field 
- Experience in sales and CRM systems (SAP or similar) 
- Strong analytical and relationship-building skills 
- Proactive, commercially minded, able to prioritize and manage time efficiently 
- Ability to prepare and deliver solution-oriented presentations tailored to client needs 
- Fluent in German and English, with very good French
