We are looking for a personality capable of supporting the development and transformation of our Family Allowance Fund in an environment undergoing full change.Manager of the Family Allowance Fund (CIVAF) 100%Your mission- Contribute to the development of the CIVAF, focused on the client and continuous improvement- Ensure the direction and overall management of the CIVAF's activities- Implement the decisions of the Board and Management, guaranteeing their proper execution- Manage CIVAF files in close collaboration with the various departments of the Fund- Supervise, motivate, and develop the staff of the sector, fostering their skills development- Guarantee effective and harmonized communication with the Fund's services in a logic of coherence and efficiency- Contribute to simple and understandable communication- Anticipate legal developments and changesYour profile- Higher education (university, HES, or equivalent) in economics, law, or a relevant field- Confirmed experience of several years in a position of responsibility- Experience in management and team leadership- Good knowledge of social insurance or the ability to evolve quickly in a complex regulatory environment- Marked interest in the challenges of digitalization and continuous improvement- Excellent communication skills, sense of diplomacy, and ability to unite- Excellent knowledge of French or German with very good knowledge of the other languagePlace of work: SionStart date: January 1st or by agreementAre you interested?
