## Job Description ##

* Provide day-to-day support to the Site Services Manager.
* Coordinate facility services and follow up on administrative tasks related to the HQ building.
* Act as a liaison between HQ associates and facility service providers.
* Support administrative processes related to facilities.
* Coordinate operational activities such as creation of POs

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative support role.
* Fluent in both **English and French** (written and spoken).
* Experience in a client-oriented environment.
* Strong organizational and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office 365**.
