As a Facility professional, you contribute to the smooth operation of our sites, accompany our clients, and support the coordination of external service providers. This position is ideal for a dynamic person wishing to evolve in the field of Facility Management and building management.Tasks:- Contribute to real estate management and the monitoring of supplier services (quality, deadlines, costs)- Participate in the planning, monitoring, and coordination of interventions and small projects- Process and validate maintenance requests/tickets within the scope- Maintain close contact with clients to understand their needs and support their requests- Coordinate internal moves, space adjustments, and furniture needs- Perform regular rounds in the buildings and ensure the follow-up of identified actions and defects- Update key management (needs) and prepare reports- Participate in small layout projects or in collaboration with clients and internal teamsYour profile:- Higher education degree in the field of hospitality, real estate management, or facility management- First experience in real estate, facility management, hospitality, administration, or a related field- Strong desire to learn and evolve in a service role, sense of contact, and active listening- Ease in tracking tasks and managing several subjects simultaneously- Ability to work autonomously while knowing how to ask for help at the right time- Excellent command of French (minimum C1 level)- Good oral and written communication skills in German or English (minimum B2 level)Are you looking for a challenge?
