-FM Site Manager at 100%With us, you can make things happenMissions- Ensure the management of the client site: oversee cleanliness, general condition, and comfort of the spaces.- Supervise all technical aspects of the client site: guarantee optimal operation and compliance of equipment (HVAC, electricity, fire safety, elevators, etc.).- Coordinate external service providers: plan, supervise, and control interventions (maintenance, cleaning, security, waste, green spaces, etc.).- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance: establish and monitor maintenance schedules, manage technical emergencies, and analyze intervention reports.- Manage FM teams on site: work organization, quality monitoring of services, support, and technical assistance in the field.- Manage small works and projects: organize interventions, monitor progress, and control the quality of work carried out by contractors.- Ensure administrative and budgetary monitoring: management of FM contracts, technical costs, production of regular reports, and interface with management and the client.- Guarantee the safety and compliance of the client site: supervision of safety devices, regulatory checks, management of audits, and implementation of corrective actions.Your profile- Availability as soon as possible.- Technical training in building, maintenance, or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in the technical management of complex sites, ideally on a client site or in a multi-site environment.- Strong customer orientation, sense of priorities, and ability to propose solutions adapted to occupants and operators.- Proven skills in team management and management of external service providers.- Proficiency in French (oral and written).
