We are looking for a facility manager for an EMS in the canton of Vaud. Required: - Certificate of competence in facility management (GEI), essential- Autonomous, methodical, and organized - Professional experience in EMS, comfortable with elderly people - Open to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams - 80% workload, long-term mission that may lead to a permanent contract - Continuous shifts Responsibilities:- Daily maintenance of common and private areas (rooms) of the EMS, in compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and institutional guidelines. - Ensure good work techniques, cleaning, and maintenance plans for the comfort and safety of residents.- Manage the laundry circuit and the cafeteria: welcoming, serving residents and their relatives throughout the day, handling cash transactions.- Participate in the service and distribution of meals. jide1179faaen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
