The Cantonal Insurance and Prevention Establishment, an autonomous public law institution, wishes to strengthen its team of specialists by hiring an Expert in Property Valuations and Claims.

In this role, you will carry out valuations of buildings of all kinds, ensure the technical follow-up of insurance files, and support the training of external experts.

You will also ensure the prompt and efficient settlement of property damage caused by fire and natural elements, in accordance with company policy.

You will thus be a key partner for owners, various trades, and private insurers, with whom you are in daily contact.

Thanks to you and close collaboration with your fellow managers, we provide fair and swift service to our insured clients while respecting the legal framework.

To successfully carry out your mission, you possess the following assets:

• Technical training in construction (architect diploma, site manager or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
• Good communication and negotiation skills in delicate situations
• Stress resistance
• Ability to work in a team

Proficiency in German is an advantage.
