As an experienced Nurse Consultant in home care, you join a small dedicated team whose mission is to ensure that the nursing care provided at home meets quality care requirements and complies with legal standards. At the heart of the activity, the control of medical requirements and home care allows you to actively contribute to the quality and compliance of services provided to insured individuals. You also ensure that legal and contractual provisions are respected by providers and manage complex nursing care files. Based on the documents sent by providers or during home visits, you assess and analyze the care needs of insured individuals and draft care coverage guarantees in collaboration with care partners, as well as organize meetings as part of your role. These interactions allow for agreeing on care in compliance with legal frameworks and good practices, as well as providing advice regarding LAMal or other parallel insurances. You perform tasks related to the function and actively engage in continuous professional development, working groups, and internal projects, thus contributing to the evolution of clinical expertise, providing real support for various departments, especially on aspects specific to home care that you bring to the team. Holding a Bachelor of Science HES in nursing or an equivalent qualification, you have at least 2 years of confirmed experience in nursing as well as 3 years in home care in Switzerland. Additional experience in nursing homes is beneficial for this position. Comfortable in oral and written communication, you know how to defend your point of view in a structured and reasoned manner. Your analytical and synthetic skills enable you to manage complex files effectively. Recognized for your sense of autonomy, you work independently while fully engaging in the team dynamic. Proficiency in French and familiarity with common tools are essential for success in this position.
