To strengthen the IT team of one of our clients based in Montreux, we are looking for a
 

IT Support Specialist / Team Leader M/F

You will provide operational support (80%) and supervise the support team composed of 3 technicians. You have a perfect command of infrastructure environments, workstations, hardware, business applications.

Your role will be to ensure the operation of the IT fleet and the best service to users in line with the strategic direction and governance defined by our client.

Responsibilities:
 

• Provide IT support (workstations, printers, peripherals, smartphones, tablets, meeting rooms) and intervene in case of complex problems
• Manage local infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, backup systems, hardware)
• Ensure and supervise support for specific business applications
• Deploy IT projects decided at the IT management level
• Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment: reception, inventory, allocation, replacement, return, warranty follow-up and supplier coordination.
• Team supervision, setting objectives, ongoing training and schedule monitoring

Profile sought:

• Holder of a degree in computer science or equivalent
• Overall experience of at least 10 years including at least 1 year in a similar position
• Mastery of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments, Modern Desktop / Modern Workplace.
• Mastery of Azure AD / Entra ID, ideally in a hybrid environment with local Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure: network, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, shares, NTFS rights.
• Ability to supervise a technical team on a daily basis
• Ability to deliver presentations to management members
• Good communicator, attentive, user-oriented, stress-resistant
• Organisational skills, autonomous and able to make decisions
• English: minimum B2 - International environment
