Contribute to a major project for the University.Experienced Architect % (all genders) - CSPM ProjectContribute to a major project for the University of Geneva!Burckhardt Geneva is looking for an experienced architect to strengthen the team working on the Physical Sciences Center of the University of Geneva – resulting from an SIA 142 architectural competition, this project brings together major architectural, urban, scientific, technical, and environmental challenges. The future center will be located on the banks of the Arve and aims to strengthen the link between science, education, the city, and society.Experienced Architect % (all genders)What you will do:The project completes the science campus and articulates several worlds: a tower dedicated to research, a volume for education, as well as a shared base, designed as a place for meeting, exchange, and interaction between the campus and the city. Within a committed project team, you will actively participate in the architectural and technical development of the CSPM, from design to execution. You will transform the competition intentions into coherent technical and constructive solutions, while ensuring the architectural, constructive, and functional quality of the project. You will develop, check, and coordinate plans, details, sections, facades, diagrams, as well as tender documents. You will deepen, in a current digital environment, the interfaces between architecture, structure, building technology, sustainability, and will also participate in the coordination with specialized engineers, authorities, the client, and the various project partners. You will support reflections on teaching and research spaces, materials, uses, as well as places of exchange. You will contribute to the quality of internal processes, the consistency of documents, and the transmission of knowledge within the team. A precise and structured approach associated with a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team on a demanding project completes your profile.What we are looking for:You are an experienced architect and wish to commit to a complex, demanding, and meaningful project. You ideally bring:- You hold an EPF, HES architect diploma or equivalent.- You have confirmed experience in the development of complex architectural projects in Switzerland.- You possess solid constructive and technical skills, acquired on important projects or those presenting high requirements in terms of execution.- You have a good understanding of the different project phases, from design to execution.- You work in a structured, autonomous manner with a strong architectural sensitivity, combined with a rigorous approach to detail, construction, and its feasibility.- You are comfortable in exchanges with specialized engineers, authorities, companies, and clients.- You master Revit. Knowledge of BIM methods is an asset.- You have perfect command of French, both oral and written.
