Your Impact:
We are in search of a Senior AI Software Engineer / AI Solution Architect who merges robust software engineering skills with practical experience in Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will effectively apply modern AI capabilities, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to real-world products.
This role is characterized by a hands-on engineering approach, rather than being solely conceptual or research-focused. The successful applicant will actively construct, experiment, and deliver production-ready software while facilitating the strategic integration of AI across various products and teams.

The individual will significantly influence the integration of AI into both current and future offerings, contributing to internal AI capabilities, tools, and best practices.
Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with an emphasis on AI
- 5+ years of experience in software development and working with AI / Machine Learning
- Technical proficiency in programming and engineering (C#, Python, or TypeScript, Java, Go)
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs, AI APIs, and integration)
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
- A mindset geared towards mentoring and coaching
- A curious attitude with a desire for continuous learning
- Proficiency in English (C1), and German (B2) is a plus, both in written and spoken forms
