They will be a key player in team management and production. The establishment values teamwork, creativity, and culinary excellence. They supervise a team of approximately five people in the kitchen with a volume of 150 menus per day. These meals are served on-site or transported to other sites. The Head Chef plans and implements all production; they supervise the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and desserts. As the hygiene, quality, and maintenance reference person, they also manage orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some exceptional evening interventions.Profile SoughtWe are looking for a professional with confirmed experience in collective catering AND high-end hospitality, with recognized and structured management skills. The Head Chef will propose the menus to be produced, manage the team on a daily basis, and report to the restaurant manager.
