For our client in Geneva, we are looking for an Executive assistantYour mission :


  • Manage scheduling for the company executive committee
  • Draft, review and send communications
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the director
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

Your profile :


  • 3-5 years experience in supporting an executive team
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Excellent level in English and French, German is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organization skills, ability to multitask
