To learn more, follow this: Responsibilities Assist the management in the administration and its activities; ensure the smooth functioning of the management by providing effective, confidential, and reliable support. Manage affairs and (management of the director's agenda, meetings, meeting rooms, agendas). Prepare timelines and collect necessary information for decision-making. Manage correspondence (monitoring incoming and outgoing mail and emails, drafting, proofreading, and formatting reports, minutes, notes, and other official documents). Organize academic and institutional events initiated by management, as well as HEG-FR meetings and internal events (e.g., staff party). Ensure the logistics of events and meetings as well as welcoming visitors. Participate in internal and external communications (announcements, meetings). Desired qualifications Federal diploma of assistant or equivalent professional experience. Confirmed professional experience in similar activities. Sense and sensitivity to public service issues, flexibility, ability to work in a team, autonomy, and a proactive mindset. Knowledge of MS Office programs and interest in training on new systems.
