## Job Description ##

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to four Vice Presidents, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Act as a liaison between the VPs and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on action items.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for senior leadership, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
* Assist with special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned by the VPs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality at all times.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
* English fluency is a must.
