## Job Description ##
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
* Organize and support executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
* Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure with grace.
* A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
