To support the development of our group in organisational and management tasks, we are recruiting a 100% EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / TECHNICAL ASSISTANT for our branch in Châtel-St-Denis (FR). This position is aimed at a trustworthy person, valued for their discretion and reliability.

Your mission

• Assist the branch management administratively: delegated administrative tasks, handling mail, emails, calls, etc.

• Manage the diary efficiently, coordinate appointments and meetings

• Draft and follow up correspondence

• Prepare files, presentations and take minutes of meetings with our partners and clients, particularly in the technical field

• Organise events and carry out various projects

Your key skills

• You hold a commercial employee CFC, ideally complemented by a Federal Diploma as an executive assistant

• You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the construction sector

• Autonomous, you have a sense of priorities and rigour in your work

• You have perfect command of French, both written and spoken

• You are proficient with the Office suite and regularly use its advanced functions (macros and formulas)
