## Job Description ##

* Act as the right hand to the Principal, ensuring seamless coordination of all professional and personal matters.
* Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level meetings with precision and confidentiality.
* Serve as a liaison between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
* Oversee projects and initiatives, providing strategic input and ensuring timely execution.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for decision-making.
* Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a family office or similar high-demand environment (Luxury, Trading...)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a strategic mindset.
* Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
* High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with no remote work.
