Execution Architect JOB DESCRIPTION You play a key role in project development. A true interface between design and the construction site, you ensure the precise translation of architectural intentions into detailed execution plans and reliable technical solutions. You work with internal teams, study offices, and collaborating companies to guarantee quality, compliance with timelines, and standards. REQUIRED Education: Architect degree or equivalent (EPFL, HMONP, MPQ, Master..), Minimum 5 years of experience in execution, ideally in general contracting or execution project management, Excellent mastery of Revit (essential for the position), Solid knowledge of regulations and construction standards (SIA, DTU, accessibility, fire safety…), Good ability to work in a team and interact with various trades, Organized and meticulous, you have extensive experience in preparing construction and execution files. Autonomy and sense of responsibility. MISSIONS Develop and update execution plans and technical details using Revit, Ensure technical compliance with project managers and partner companies, Participate in site meetings and monitor the progress of work, Verify the compliance of completed work with the plans and current standards, Propose appropriate technical solutions in case of issues or unforeseen events, Guarantee quality, compliance with deadlines (and budgets) on your projects, Request building permits, Lead sessions with buyers and project owners.
