Your missions and responsibilities include analyzing plans and specifications, establishing precise and detailed quotes, calculating labor and equipment costs, monitoring budgets and controlling costs throughout the projects, collaborating closely with suppliers, architects, engineers, and project managers, writing reports, and following offers and proposals. You should have analytical skills and a keen sense of numbers, the ability to optimize costs without compromising quality, rigor, precision, autonomy, ease, and the ability to work in a team, as well as a good command of the German language. We require a building technician or a construction management technician degree and confirmed experience in a similar position as a building technician, fluency in French and another language, proficiency in common calculation and drawing software, autonomy, structure, and solution-oriented mindset.
