At the Maison de Vie & de Santé, we welcome people of all ages who require intensive care support and whose needs for assistance with all daily living activities are significant.

These individuals have intellectual disabilities, with or without autism spectrum disorder, with or without multiple disabilities. We also support people with severe brain injuries with central neurological damage of accidental or post-accident origin (TBI, stroke, post-brain tumour treatment, minimally conscious persons, etc.). Close collaboration with the RHNE allows us to meet the beneficiaries’ needs through a multidisciplinary team.

The Maison de Vie & de Santé offers specialised and individualised support in welcoming and adapted living environments at the Fleurier and Couvet sites, thanks to qualified educational and care staff. The homes pay particular attention to providing a harmonious community social life while respecting each person’s privacy, with each individual having their own living space.

Your mission

Within the Maison de Vie et de Santé, you support people of all ages in all daily living activities who require significant assistance in developing their social participation as well as close monitoring of their health status.

Your profile

• You hold a diploma as an ES or HES educator or an equivalent qualification and ideally have several years of experience in the disability field.
• You place great importance on the well-being of service beneficiaries as well as the quality of relationships with their networks.
• With a positive and constructive mindset, you demonstrate flexibility and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team while also showing personal initiative.
• Basic computer skills and a category B driving licence are essential.
