Are you an experienced ERP RTR Consultant looking for a challenging on-site role in Geneva? Randstad Digital Switzerland is seeking a talented professional to join a crucial project delivering a new ERP solution for our client, empowering their Corporate Services to excel in fiduciary responsibilities and drive business value.

Make a real impact: You'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing the Record to Report (RTR) processes within this cutting-edge ERP system.

Your Role:

  • Architect & Design: Develop and design the architecture for RTR processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Integration Expert: Ensure seamless integration of the RTR module with other ERP modules and external systems (procurement, sales, inventory, etc.).
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during the implementation of RTR solutions.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
  • Integration Development: Design and develop integration components, including APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of RTR solutions to ensure they meet business needs and perform reliably.
  • Documentation & Support: Create and maintain detailed documentation of RTR solutions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RTR-related issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in ERP and RTR processes, recommending improvements to existing solutions.
  • Project Reporting: Attend project review meetings and report on progress.

    Your Profile:

    • Several years of proven experience in ERP implementation, specifically in the RTR domain.
    • Deep proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimize complex business processes.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide effective training.
    • Proven ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
    • Location: On-site in Geneva.
