Equity Analyst & Portfolio Manager
A wealth management firm is seeking a motivated and dynamic Equity Analyst & Portfolio Manager to join its growing Zurich office.
This position offers the opportunity to work in an international, entrepreneurial, and performance-driven environment, contributing directly to the firm's client business.
Role Overview
In this diverse and challenging role, you will report to the Group CIO and:
Conduct bottom-up investment research across global asset classes and securities, with a focus on equities.
Develop investment theses and present them to the investment committee.
Participate in portfolio construction, daily management of multi-asset portfolios, and risk monitoring.
Execute trades and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Contribute to regulatory and compliance processes.
Occasionally meet with clients and prospects to communicate the firm's investment philosophy and portfolio rationale.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in equity research, portfolio management, and trading.
Excellent academic or professional credentials (CFA or similar preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomics, equities, and fixed income.
Experience with US regulatory/tax environment - must have.
Excellent command of English (native level preferred); Spanish is a plus.
A genuine team player, analytical and proactive, with strong communication skills.
Resident of Switzerland (minimum B permit) or an EU citizen.
