Join our team and come actively contribute to sustainable solutions for the future!What you will accomplish- You are responsible for compliance with all legal and internal requirements regarding the environment, chemical safety, and dangerous goods safety.- You are the primary contact person for internal teams as well as external partners and authorities such as SUVA or environmental services.- You develop environmental and chemical management within the Migros Industry segment and take sustainable structures to the next level.- You define processes, standards, and responsibilities adapted to the company and ensure they are implemented in reality.- You conduct audits, safety visits, as well as risk and hazard inspections, and derive effective measures from them.- You collaborate cross-functionally with specialized departments such as occupational safety, health protection, fire protection, security, and maintenance.- You design and coordinate training, awareness actions, and campaigns so that safety becomes an integral part of everyone's daily life.- You assume technical leadership in your field, provide clear instructions, and actively contribute to a strong safety culture.- You assume technical responsibility in your field, actively apply your expertise, and make decisions within the framework of current competencies and regulations.What you bring- Education: Completed studies (University/UAS, HES).
