Join us and contribute to the success of the Migros company.Energy Maintenance Technician (HVACSE)What you will do:- Performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the site's energy systems, including heating equipment, refrigeration production, boilers, compressors, and ventilation.- Monitoring and analysis of operating parameters for energy systems, detection of anomalies, diagnostics, and implementation of appropriate corrective actions.- Execution of planned maintenance tasks, technical checks, as well as safety and performance tests to ensure the reliability of installations.- Contribution to the performance of energy systems and optimization of energy consumption through the monitoring of indicators and meter readings.- Participation in the commissioning, adjustment, and control of new equipment as well as the coordination of specialized interventions or external partners when necessary.- Compliance with internal procedures, SHE guidelines, and regulatory requirements while contributing to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.What you bring:- Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC) or technical degree in the fields of industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, energy engineering, thermal engineering, or similar.- Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical or energy maintenance; experience in an industrial or commercial environment or on-site is an asset.- Technical skills: Knowledge of multi-technical maintenance as well as HVAC, electrical, thermal, or refrigeration systems.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, electrical diagrams, and technical documents.- Knowledge of safety rules and regulatory requirements applicable to energy systems.- Good analytical skills and strong diagnostic capabilities to effectively solve technical problems.- Proficiency in maintenance tools; knowledge of SAP PM is an asset.- Autonomous, rigorous, and reactive profile, enjoying teamwork and possessing a good sense of service and responsibility.- You are willing and able to provide on-call service according to a rotating system.
