Hiring Manager: Fabrice Barthomeuf Recruiter:Kata Kulcsar Location: Aubonne | Zone Industrielle de L'Ouriettaz Department: HC-GM-BATM Maintenance & Utilities Grade: Expert 2 Your role: SAFETY Maintenance Part :LOTO  Process management = Define / Implementation / Deployment / Training /Follow up-Audit on the shop floor / UpdateSafety maintenance  (ensure that all safety parts of equipment are under maintenance preventive and compliant with safety regulations ) = Define the process and manage it through SAP PM with a Work order management system (MMS - KPI) like the GMP WO , Ensure the Safety compliance with the support of the EHS TeamPerform and update the EHS risk analysis for all maintenance activities and technical areas where maintenance is performed, Manage implementation of related mitigation/remediation actions. Be support during the root cause analysis for safety incidentsLead and Perform HAZOP for equipment with high safety risk (high pressure vessels, ATEX installation, -.). For current and new equipment. EHS by Design = be supportive with EHS team to Engineering team, as technical expert , to do EHS by design (define safety requirements for equipment and ensure that they are applied during the CAPEX project or technical modifications)Lead -small- technical project to improve safety on equipment and on maintenance activities Soft skills: leadership, transversal management, Ability to convince, safety and sustainability mindset, Gemba/close to the shop floor, autonomous and proactiveENERGY Management Part :Within the Technical Department, he/she-s responsible for :implementing, monitoring, and improving the Energy Management System.implementing and maintaining ISO 50001 certification.reducing the site's environmental impact, particularly energy consumption (electricity, natural gas, heating oil), water consumption, and CO2 emissions.launching and monitoring energy efficiency projects, as well as projects beyond their scope of expertise, where an interest or connection is confirmed.
