Our corporate culture is based on the values #CARE, #CUSTOMER, and #COURAGE - values that we live daily to create an inclusive, sustainable, and inspiring work environment.We are looking for you as a Maintenance Technician (a) for Elevators for the Bienne-Delémont-Porrentruy region.Your missionAfter thorough training, you will work independently on a varied elevator portfolio (residential, commercial, public) and you will be the face of KONE to our customers in the region.Your concrete contribution- Perform maintenance work, service interventions, and repairs in compliance with defined quality and safety standards.- Guarantee a safe work environment, compliant with all legal requirements, directives, and internal procedures.- Ensure professional and constructive communication with customers, contacts, and end users.- Assume responsibility for the safety and proper functioning of the equipment and for the correct and orderly management of the site environment during interventions.- Identify additional repair needs and report them, while communicating with customers on-site.- Write precise, complete, and timely intervention reports.- Participate in the periodic on-call service and interventions in case of breakdown (troubleshooting service).Your profile- Recognized technical expertise in the electrical or mechanical field.- Experience in the elevator field would be a real asset.- Great manual know-how and an ability to work independently.- Very good command of French (minimum C1 level).- Taste for customer contact and willingness to represent KONE professionally externally.- Valid category B driver's license.- Clean criminal record.- Residence in Switzerland (Swiss or foreign national with a valid residence permit).- Your residence is located a maximum of 45 minutes from the city of Bienne.
