Our client: An industrial and infrastructure company is looking for an Electrical Technical Supervisor to strengthen its team. You will work in a demanding environment, combining electrical work, industrial maintenance, and systems serving critical technical infrastructure.Responsibilities:- Manage, organize, and supervise a team of electricians while ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of interventions.- Plan and coordinate electrical activities.- Ensure the management of resources, priorities, and troubleshooting.- Perform and supervise maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical, electronic, and automated (PLC) work.- Guarantee the availability and reliability of technical installations.- Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and any mission related to team management.Profile:- Federal Diploma as an Electrical Project Manager in installation and safety (or equivalent federal master's degree in electricity).- Confirmed experience in a similar role in Switzerland (team leader, foreman, electrical maintenance manager).- Solid experience in an industrial environment or critical infrastructure.- Knowledge of electrical installations and automated systems (PLC / programmable logic controllers).- Leadership, sense of organization, and safety.- Good level of French.
