On behalf of one of our clients, a well-established and reputable company in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to strengthen their team.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the complete management of large-scale electrical projects, from preparation to handover. As a true conductor, you will ensure the coordination of teams, technical, financial and administrative monitoring of the sites, while guaranteeing the quality of services and adherence to deadlines.

The sector covers the region between Coppet and Morges, with a strong presence on varied and significant projects.

Your responsibilities

• Manage medium and large-scale electrical projects.
• Plan, organise and coordinate human and material resources.
• Ensure technical, financial and administrative monitoring of assignments.
• Supervise site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, technical offices and partners.
• Ensure compliance with standards, deadlines, budgets and quality requirements.
• Participate in business development and client retention.

Your profile

• Ideally holds the Federal Certificate of Project Manager in Installation and Safety or an equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively, holds a Federal VET Diploma as an Electrician Installer with significant and successful experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in project management and team leadership in Switzerland.
• Excellent organisational, anticipatory and communication skills.
• Driving licence essential.
