You will work on varied projects, ranging from complex to more targeted ones, with real technical autonomy.- Imagine, design, and supervise ambitious and innovative electrical projects for building technology.- Monitor projects related to the development and maintenance of MV/LV electrical networks and public lighting.- Ensure the technical and financial monitoring of your projects with a global and responsible vision.- Coordinate work with companies and guarantee the quality of execution.- Advise project owners and architects to define the most relevant technical solutions.- Ensure technological monitoring in order to integrate the best practices and innovations of the sector.- Lead, supervise, and support a small team of project managers and draftspeople by effectively distributing tasks.- Monitor and provide key indicators concerning the team's activities.- Participate in the technical and commercial development of the design office.PROFILE- Degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent.- Basic training supplemented by a postgraduate degree in project management.- 5 to 10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.- Experience in the electrical design of administrative or industrial buildings as well as in electrical networks.- Mastery of project financial management and IT and office tools.- Customer orientation, ease of communication, and excellent listening, negotiation, and writing skills.- Decision-making ability and leadership.- Mastery of AutoCAD.- Knowledge of Revit: an asset.Additional information can be obtained from Human Capital jid4473b16aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
