Internship duration: 9 months
General missions:
Under the supervision of the EHS Manager, the intern provides support within the EHS department, particularly to the Health and Safety Specialist, and ensures the proper completion of assigned tasks.
Main responsibilities and activities:
1 - Risk analysis:
- Assist the Health and Safety Specialist in deploying risk analysis at workstations across the two production sites (inventory, methodology, risk assessment, etc.).
- Update workstation documentation as well as the single risk assessment document.
- Propose action plans and monitor their implementation with workshop managers.
2 - Personal protective equipment:
- Inventory the PPE currently available and used within the workshops.
- Analyse the suitability of PPE in relation to the various identified risks (notably chemical and mechanical).
- Draft a standardised reference catalogue of PPE validated within the company.
- Update the PPE zoning map of the Noirmont site as part of the extension project.
3 - Chemical risk:
- Support the Health and Safety Specialist in deploying the new chemical risk management tool QUARKS, in collaboration with the project team of the Hermès Group Industrial Management (preparation and formatting of data files).
- Ensure operational compliance: labelling, simplified safety data sheets (SDS), training, exposure measurement campaigns, etc.
4 - Miscellaneous:
- Contribute to the facilitation of prevention tools at the request of the EHS Manager.
Profile:
- Higher education such as a Master’s degree or engineering school, ongoing or completed, specialising in Occupational Safety and Health Protection (OSHP).
- Good interpersonal skills, service orientation and open-mindedness.
- Sense of responsibility, listening skills and ease in relationships.
- Rigor, organisation, method and proactivity.
- Ability to work independently while integrating effectively within a team.
