Educator / ASE / ASSC, 70% to 100%Establishment employing some 450 staff to ensure the specialized schooling of 27 children and adolescents as well as the socio-professional support of 127 adults with intellectual disabilities is looking for an Educator / ASE / ASSC, 70% to 100%Your mission:In the context of a brand new specialized reception project for young adults with ASD in complex situations, your mission will be to provide support within a multidisciplinary team in microstructures. As part of your duties, you will be required to participate in welcoming beneficiaries, conducting assessments and skills evaluations via recognized tools, developing learning processes, piloting and creating life projects according to the needs of the residents, all while working in close collaboration with the various stakeholders.Profile:- Diploma of CFC, ES or HES level in the field or deemed equivalent, or ASSC with confirmed experience in supporting people with intellectual disabilities or psychological disorders- Experience and/or interest in investing in the creation and monitoring of personalized projects, focused on significant multidisciplinary collaboration, both within the institution and with network partners, notably the teams of the Section of Mental Development (SPDM - CHUV)- Skills in ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) support and a willingness to learn and develop skills in this area- Availability, adaptability, and a high sense of responsibility- Reassuring and calm demeanor, punctuality- Resistance to stress related to crisis management- Good knowledge of standard tools- Good command of written and spoken French- A certain flexibility in working hours- Driver's license- Clean criminal recordWe offer:- The opportunity to take part in a project to develop a reception service corresponding to specific needs- The conditions of the collective labor agreement in the Vaud parapublic social sector- The social benefits of a large establishment: parking, cafeteria, and organic store.
