For one of our clients located in the Ormont-Dessus region, we are looking for a motivated individual for a 100% permanent position to join an EPSM with 35 accommodation places, dedicated to the maintenance of skills – Ormont-Dessus regionYour main missionWith the goal of promoting the autonomy and well-being of residents, you will be required to:- Collect data and remain attentive to families and loved ones- Identify appropriate therapeutic frameworks- Organize, monitor, and evaluate individualized projects- Ensure personalized and respectful support- Actively contribute to the maintenance of skills and the development of projectsSkills – Our requirements- Completed education and/or recognized in Switzerland by the SERI- Knowledge of addiction studies desired and/or CAS in the medico-social field, ideally with elderly people- Ability to collaborate in a network and in an interdisciplinary manner- Mastery of the implementation of individualized projects- Perfect command of French and standard tools- Knowledge of the systemic approach (experience in the development of maintenance projects)- Excellent capacity for self-reflection and developmentPossibilities – Our offer- A pleasant work environment, within young, dynamic, and social teams- Salary according to the CCT SAN scale- Encouragement for continuing education- Parking spaces at preferential rates jid9b37c4eaen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
