Our mission is to support people living with mental health disorders requiring specialized housing, focusing on their resources and potential. The goal is to enable each resident to better manage their illness, strengthen their social ties, and build a life project aligned with their needs. A proven experience in supporting individuals living with mental health disorders, with a resource-oriented and recovery-centered approach. Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, in a dynamic of co-construction and professional complementarity. Good knowledge of group management techniques. A good understanding of semiology. Knowledge of the DIR tool is an essential driving force. Being mobile.
