Temporary position

Your role:

The Educational Administrative Assistant will support and reinforce the education team for the organisation, communications and invitations related to ERS educational activities, including courses, training programmes, congress and E-learning. Attendance to ERS congress will be required and possibly travel to other events may be needed.

Your tasks:

  • Coordinate the accreditation process for educational events.
  • Act as team back-up for peak periods and holidays/absences.
  • Assist with meetings, events and projects.
  • Maintain and update relevant pages on the ERS websites.

Your profile:

  • Highly skilled in office administrative support and at ease with the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience working with content or learning management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Ability to complete administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy within a strict timeline
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Experience working in a team
  • Swiss or valid work permit
