To complete its team, the Academic Service is advertising the following position:

Economic Collaborator (60%)

Your main tasks

• Coordinate the "study administration" division of the service

• Carry out tasks related to study administration, in collaboration with the Universities of Applied Sciences and other stakeholders

• Train, support and advise the Universities of Applied Sciences in the conduct of academic processes

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service's processes and offerings

• Participate in the development and promotion of services intended for students

Your profile

• Tertiary level education or equivalent training

• Successful initial professional experience, preferably in business analysis and/or project management

• Knowledge of the tertiary academic environment is an asset

• Ability to think and work in networks as well as in teams

• Interpersonal skills and excellent communication ability (written and oral), customer orientation

• Ease and affinity with office and IT tools

• Native German or French speaker, with excellent knowledge of the second language and knowledge of English
