Introduction

The Colibri Association's mission is to provide quality support and supervision for children aged from 3 months up to Year 4 Harmos across 5 sites (Amandier, Borgeaud, Eikenott, UAPE Eikenott, Vernay) with 4 preschool and 2 after-school facilities.

Our educational approach is based on Christian values such as respect, sharing, listening, and acceptance of others among others. It aims to promote the emotional, psychomotor, and cognitive development of the child, in a safe environment and respecting each individual's specificities.

As part of our development and to complete our teams, Colibri is looking for a:

Early Childhood Educator ES at 75 - 80%

For a position in the toddler group (children aged between 18 months to 2 years and older) whose mission will be to ensure quality care for both children and families, while respecting the institutional project and working closely with the educational management and general management.

You must imperatively hold an EDE diploma classification 1 or an equivalence recognised by the SCAJE.

You already have experience in a nursery or daycare, as well as a sense of interpersonal relations fostering a friendly, respectful, and dynamic working atmosphere.

You feel capable of developing and maintaining a climate of trust and collaboration with the educational team, parents, and partners.

You will appreciate our commitment to giving significant importance to exchange and open, respectful communication.
