Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and internal policies across the organization.
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of compliance programs, procedures, and controls.
  • Conduct periodic audits and compliance assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage detailed compliance documentation, including audit findings and follow-up actions.
  • Provide training, guidance, and practical support to staff on compliance expectations and best practices.
  • Monitor regulatory and industry standard changes and communicate updates to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Assist with internal investigations and coordinate with external regulatory bodies when required.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • German language proficiency at B2 level (mandatory).
  • Chinese language proficiency at B1 level (mandatory).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks relevant to the Chemistry & Life Sciences sector.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess compliance risks and drive corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Ability to interpret, apply, and operationalize complex regulatory requirements.
  • Working knowledge of compliance management tools and documentation systems to support audit readiness and traceability.
  • Experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs is preferred.
