Become a leader at clever fit and manage your studio with a team of up to 6 employees!

Even during your studies, you will receive a salary and learn everything needed to become a future leader at clever fit. Alongside your paid full-time position, you will have a 2-3 day attendance phase at the university each month (also possible digitally as distance learning).

• Bachelor of Arts in Fitness Economics
• Bachelor of Arts in Sports Economics
• Bachelor of Arts in Health Management
• Bachelor of Science in Sports and Health Informatics
• Bachelor of Arts in Fitness Training
• Bachelor of Arts in Nutritional Counselling
• Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Movement Therapy

Furthermore, you can complete the following Master degree programmes:

• Master of Arts in Fitness Economics
• Master of Arts in Sports Economics
• Master of Arts in Sports and Health Management
• Master of Arts in Prevention and Health Management

Responsibilities

• Member support on the training floor, conducting trial training sessions, creating training plans and active supervision
• Acquisition and retention of members
• Ensuring quality standards according to the employee handbook
• Support in inventory management in compliance with internal and external guidelines
• Active participation in marketing measures or events
• Compliance with all regulations, rules and laws
• Assistance in winning back cancelled members
• Support in achieving target goals regarding Google reviews and trial training statistics
• Cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Fitness trainer licence completed or in training
• Interest in fitness, trustworthy, loyal and a team player
• Well-groomed appearance
• Confident communication in spoken German
