We design, develop, and manufacture centrifugal pumps and diaphragm valves for high requirements, which we supply to the industry, chemical, and wastewater sectors. To strengthen our Technical Office, we are looking for a - Designer & Apprentice Mentor – 100%Tasks:- Technical monitoring of orders with project management and the creation of models, installation, assembly, and detail drawings- Creation of articles and updates, monitoring of changes- Participation in special studies and developments as well as continuous improvement- Collaboration with various departments (sales, production, after-sales service, quality)- Contribution to the quality of technical data (ERP, PLM)- Supervision and monitoring of apprentices and updating the training program according to skills and in coordination with vocational schoolsProfile and skills:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) or equivalent- Several years of experience in a similar position- Good command of CAD software as well as a PDM system- Knowledge of an ERP- Precise, structured, and reliable work- Versatility, autonomy, and sense of responsibility- Pedagogy and good communication skills in the context of supervising apprentices or willingness to train in this field- Languages: fluent French and EnglishIf we have aroused your interest, we look forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV, diplomas, and work certificates).
