WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE
Mission
Within our Watch Assembly sector, you will evolve in a stimulating and rich learning environment. Your curiosity and solution-oriented mindset will help to combine know-how, quality and performance.
Responsibilities
You will be the technical referent within the assembly workshop, for the various trades present, which you master thanks to your academic background and confirmed professional experience
You will coordinate the provision and maintenance of watchmaking tools in the 2 assembly workshops
You will be involved in production activities (casing and decasing)
You will provide support to the Sector Manager by assisting the team in achieving results through a positive attitude that fosters a good working atmosphere.
You will be a driving force for proposals to engage in the continuous improvement dynamic of the workshop, both from a technical and organisational point of view.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in assembly trades and hold a CFC Watchmaker diploma.
Personal traits
You are recognised for your interpersonal ease, your listening and communication skills
Your ability to unite allows you to support a team of about 25 people in assistance to the manager
Key skills
Dynamic, proactive and solution- and results-oriented, your good priority management allows you to withstand stress
You are recognised as an open-minded, autonomous, versatile person capable of self-reflection
Comfortable with IT tools, you easily use the company’s digital tools (Office Pack, Teams, Shizen.)
You master French both orally and in writing
