Watchmaker After-Sales Service


Job description:
Mandated by a prestigious watchmaking manufacture, we are looking for a Watchmaker for After-Sales Service to strengthen the customer service department.

Fault research and detection
Removing and refitting the movement
Replacement of defective components or the complete movement
Fitting the dial and hands
Performing chronometry tests and power reserve control
Writing reports
Job requirements:
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a watchmaker repairer
Minimum 2 years professional experience as a watchmaker repairer
Experience within a Customer Service or After-Sales Service department is a plus
Intermediate level use of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is essential
Motivated, self-taught, analytical, autonomous and organised person
