To strengthen the After-Sales Service (SAV) department of our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Watchmaker dedicated to watch refurbishment.

Your tasks:

• Carefully dismantle the casing elements while preserving the integrity of the parts for the following steps.
• Transfer the parts to the next operations ensuring each is clearly identified.
• Check the aesthetic and functional conformity of the received components.
• Assemble the case ensuring replacement of worn or defective components.
• Check air and water tightness according to the associated specifications.
• Manually set all types of calibres and check the sharing / parallelism / reference.
• Fit the movement, mount the crown guard and tighten the back to the recommended torque.
• Perform an aesthetic inspection of the piece before setting the time and checking functions.

Profile sought

• Training in watchmaking (CFC or equivalent) or proven experience in after-sales service/workshop.
• Excellent dexterity, precision, sense of aesthetics and respect for quality standards.
• Autonomy, rigour, team spirit and respect for procedures.
