For our client, a Geneva watchmaking company, I am looking for an Assembler (M/F).
As part of this position, attached to the watch division, you will carry out the assembly of semi-complicated products:
- Check the movement and case numbers.
- Place the dial on the movement and perform the necessary play checks for operation.
- Press the hands onto the axes before verification by the watchmaker of alignment, spacing and the time and date setting functions.
- Encapsulate the movement with the assembly ring.
- Check for absence of particles and perform function and air-tightness tests on the watch.
- Ensure the aesthetic inspection of the whole (screwing) as well as the technical function checks.
- Ensure the packaging of each piece while respecting quality criteria.
- Deliver the product to the aesthetic control workshop accompanied by its tracking sheet (manufacturing order) respecting the standard times of the reference.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Good visual acuity.
- Team spirit.
- Rigour and precision.
- Ability to concentrate.
- Watchmaking operator or Federal VET Diploma in Watchmaking (or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of the different parts of the watch to be assembled,
- Good theoretical knowledge of watchmaking.
